RPA, in association with Royal HaskoningDHV, undertook an evaluation of the Partnership Funding policy for flood and coastal erosion risk management for Defra and the Environment Agency.
Read MoreHydrofluorocarbons (HFC's), used as refrigerants and in other applications, are potent greenhouse gases with a global warming potential (GWP up to 1000 times greater than carbon dioxide). Hydrofluoroolefins (HFO's) are an alternative to HFC's and have zero ozone depleting potential and a low GWP. The study will look at HFO's and their degradation products, summarise chemical processes related to atmospheric fate, assess degradation products most likely to be formed as well as impurities that can contribute to pollutant emissions.

Read MoreA study to assess the extent to which SDSs and Exposure Scenarios (ES) provide relevant information for end-use formulators who produce consumer mixtures, specifically regarding the exposure assessments which are required under REACH.

Read MoreTitanium dioxide is by far the highest volume and most versatile globally-used white pigment which is also widely used as a brightener for colours other than white. RPA’s report reviews the regulatory impacts and analysis of socio-economic impacts from a proposed harmonised classification and assesses what the socio-economic impacts of a Carcinogen Category 2 (as opposed to a Carcinogen Category 1B) classification would be.
