Currently there is a lack of specific tools allowing for the evaluation of progress in the industrial emissions policy area. There are also no clear targets for the industrial emissions policy against which the progress can be measured. The objective of the study is to develop indicators that can be used to show progress as well as for communicating the impact or benefits of the industrial emissions policy.
