COVID-19 Business Continuity Statement

COVID-19 Business Continuity Statement

In light of the challenging ongoing global COVID-19 situation, RPA would like to take a moment to assure our clients and stakeholders that RPA and its employee co-owners are operating Business As Usual (BAU) and expect to maintain typical capacity during this time.

As an employee-owned company, our co-owners and clients’ health and well-being are of paramount importance. As such, since mid-March all co-owners have been working from home, and all have full remote access to all of our systems - thus, RPA is well placed to provide continuity of service with minimal disruption to our work. Since the gradual easing of lockdown restrictions have begun, co-owners have been allowed, where they wish, to return to our COVID-secure offices.

Co-owners are still available via their personal email addresses and direct dial. They can also be reached by calling RPA’s switchboard, 01603 558442.

RPA has continued to pause all non-essential business travel, in line with worldwide advice, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. We will continue to work with clients and stakeholders to continue to provide our services on a BAU basis via online or phone-based options.

We are co-ordinating as needed with clients and on projects to discuss any specific impacts/ future risks.

If you have any further questions , concerns or need support please contact us at post@rpaltd.co.uk.
