RPA has been commissioned by a local authority to carry out a review of a flood risk benefits assessment for a potential development site. Work will entail reviewing the existing assessment to ensure it has been carried out in a way that is consistent with the approaches provided in the Multi-Coloured Manual. Comparisons will also be undertaken between the findings of the assessment and the results of a previous such exercise, with consideration given to why any differences may exist.
