RPA led this major Defra study to assess the adverse health impacts (including stress) of flooding.

The study involved a major national survey (1,500 respondents) across 30 locations affected by flooding (mainly the 1998 and 200 floods) and detailed statistical analysis of the results including derivation of 'willingness to pay' (WTP) values to avoid the stress associated with flooding.
