RPA assisted with the assessment of the relevant environmental, economic and social costs and benefits of extensions to three SPAs, to inform the Impact Assessment.  This included quantification of impacts for commercial fishing and qualitative assessment of impacts on other sectors such as navigation, aquaculture and offshore renewables (with Royal HaskoningDHV)
