RPA’s guidance document for the study ‘Evaluation of the Compliance and Quality of Biodiversity Duty Reports 2015’ has now been published by the Scottish Government alongside the main research report and research summary.

Risk & Policy Analysts Ltd (RPA), together with CSES and EPRD, has been contracted by the European Commission (DG Justice) to support the evaluation of the Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU).
