RPA assisted with the development and application of a methodology for impact assessments of water protection zones (a measure to deal with diffuse pollution under the WFD).
An ecosystem services framework was used to assess different policy options. The project included application to several case studies, mainly focused on reducing agricultural pollution to watercourses, groundwater and estuaries.
