Impact of the Legal Choices of Member States on the Functioning of the Consumer Credit Market REF: 812

This major study reviewed the manner and effects of the transposition of the Consumer Credit Directive into national legislation across the EU-28 plus Iceland and Norway. The study involved detailed legal analysis, stakeholder consultation (by email and phone) and associated analysis for all 30 countries.
