This study on the impacts on innovation and competition from the RoHS and WEEE Directives involved stakeholder consultation across Member States and interviews with industry representatives and the development of mass-flows for hazardous substances in different products.
A series of options were presented and assessed for future developments of the Directives. RPA provided support to Arcadis (formerly Ecolas) in this study for DG Enterprise.
