RPA assisted the Environment Agency with a review of Defra's 2011 assessment of the Costs and Benefits of Defra's Regulatory Stock. 

The work involved identifying data uncertainties when assessing the costs and benefits of environmental regulation across six priority areas (agriculture, air quality, chemicals, land & soil, waste and water).
