Minewater Treatment Schemes: Benefit Assessments REF: 775

RPA was commissioned by the Coal Authority to prepare benefit assessments for six potential minewater treatment schemes in Wales (four) and Scotland (two).  Categories assessed included benefits such as informal recreation, angling and biodiveristy and non-use, as well as dis-benefits including carbon emissions and impacts from HGV movements.
