This project was aimed at developing practical and user-friendly tools to appraise the costs and effectiveness of measures to support Environment Agency Water Framework Directive (WFD) policy development - with particular reference to River Basin Management Plans (RBMPs).
Work covered trialling the spreadsheet tool using case studies which included the Parys Mountain metal mines as well urban pollution issues in the Lower Lee.
