This major study led by RPA for the European Commission (DG Environment) into the feasibility of introducing instruments to prevent and/or clean up plastic littering. The study involved extensive literature review and analysis of potential measures and their likely cost-effectiveness as well the development of detailed case studies for packages of measures.
