Study on the environmental, economic and social impacts of the use of sewage sludge on land in order to assess the impacts of future policy options for possible revisions to the Sewage Sludge Directive (86/278/EEC). 

The scope of impacts covered included the health and environmental impacts associated with the use of alternative waste management options, with valuation based on the use of EU accepted benefit transfer estimates. RPA worked with Milieu and WRc on this study for DG Environment.
