Marco Camboni

Marco is the Director of RPA Europe and has master’s degrees in Environmental Economics (University of Pisa) and Environmental Management and Sustainable Development (University of Valencia) and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (University of Bologna).  He has over seven years of experience working in the field of economics, risk, regulation and policy development for a range of private and public clients, in particular international, European and national policy-makers.

Marco has managed and worked on projects involving the appraisal of the environmental, social and economic impacts of various UK and EU legislation, covering areas such as: chemicals, water pollution, air quality, climate change, hydrogen technologies, nanomaterials, waste, footwear, cableways, consumer redress mechanisms etc.

Most recently (2016), Marco is managing RPA work on how to better support and encourage the substitution of hazardous chemicals in three different projects for the European Commission, the Danish Environment Protection Agency and the Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME).
