Liam is a Senior Consultant who joined RPA in August 2017. He has a Bachelors (Hons) in International Relations and History and has previously worked for the British Red Cross and in a technocratic capacity in Brussels as a European Policy Officer. He is currently working on a variety of environmental studies for Defra and the Scottish Government, covering fisheries, renewable energy, decarbonisation and flooding.
