David Lever

David joined RPA in 2020 as Principal Consultant and brings over 20 years’ experience from the metals, mining and industrial minerals sector. He has held a number of technical and commercial positions and has extensive experience in market analysis, project leadership, market development, and business process improvement.

 

David has led or worked in global multi-disciplinary and multi-organisation teams on projects in Europe, the US and Asia. He has led a wide variety of complex multi-party collaborative technology projects in diverse sectors including beverage filtration, steelmaking, coking coal, fly ash, thermal energy storage and low carbon footprint cement. For projects such as these he critically assessed their technical and commercial feasibility and developed compelling economic value propositions. He has researched and produced trusted techno-commercial market analysis studies in a wide range of areas including pharma, ceramics, nuclear, coatings, lubricants, agriculture and electrochemical energy storage. David has published in refereed scientific journals and presented at conferences globally.

 

At RPA David is working on a number of projects in the Chemicals and REACH space, including Regulatory Management Options analyses and Applications for Authorisation. He is collaborating with industry consortia, clients and downstream users.

 

David holds a BSc in Chemistry and Physics from the University of Exeter, UK.
